The Arc of Riverside County is committed to supporting adults with disabilities in pursuing their employment goals. We begin by engaging the job seeker in the “discovery” process, where we learn the individual’s needs, skills, and interests so we can match their talents with an employer's unmet needs. Our Discovery specialists will also provide interview and resume coaching, and support in identifying job leads to ensure participants are confident as they approach employment.
