What We Do:

Individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) are part of a community that has historically been underserved. We are proud to provide high-quality, person-centered services across five facilities throughout Western Riverside County.

Our services include:

  • Day Services
  • Social Interaction & Independent Living Skills Training
  • Community Awareness & Integration
  • Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Care (available at Fairmount and Moreno Valley Resource Centers)

Through our day programs, we enhance quality of life by offering individualized support tailored to each person’s goals and abilities. With a low participant-to-staff ratio, we prioritize personalized attention, empowerment, and independence—helping every individual build confidence and meaningful community connections.
